Key Features

1. Regulations Map

The regulations map gives you a visual overview of countries with active Open Banking regulations. Each country is color-coded based on its regulatory approach:

  • Market-driven regulations (shown in orange)
  • Regulatory-driven regulations (shown in blue)

To interact with the map:

  • Click on any country to view its regulatory details.
  • Filter by specific approaches (Market-driven or Regulatory-driven) using the filters on the top of each section if exist.
  • Download the map for use in reports or presentations.

2. Upcoming Regulations Timeline

In addition to the existing regulations, the platform also provides a timeline for upcoming regulatory changes. This section includes:

  • Countries that will have Open Banking regulations in the next 3 to 12 months.
  • Detailed information on what types of regulations are being planned or updated.

Also we provide a table in a separate tab as a raw data from the timeline but including more fields.

You can toggle between different time ranges (e.g., next 3 months, 6-12 months, after 12 months) to view country-specific information.

3. Upcoming Regulations Table

The table view offers a more detailed, structured list of countries and their regulatory statuses over time.

  • The table breaks down upcoming regulations by country and time periods (next 3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, and after 12 months).
  • Click on a country row to view further details about the type of regulation coming into effect.
  • Filter the table by quarter and download the data for analysis.
